We offer design and installation of heating and air conditioning systems; new construction, additions, remodel or replacement of existing systems. Our specialty is replacement of
existing residential heating systems. Our focus is on residential customers and small-scale commercial sites.
We use state-of-the-art software to design new heating and Air Conditioning systems to ensure proper operation capacity of each unit. If this is not done correctly, problems will
arise, including breakdown of the heating and cooling units. Inaccurate furnace size or poor ductwork can also result in mechanical problems and energy waste. Before we start the actual job, we will
supply you with all necessary documentation to explain what kind and size of equipment will be used.
Many times we have been called in to replace existing systems that were less than four years old and had not been working properly due to poor sizing or installation. We have also been asked to redo
someone else's sloppy work. Shortcuts never pay off in the long run!
All of our projects begin with an inspection of your home or business. Our comprehensive assessment will provide you with a variety of products and options to fit every budget. We know how busy you are and go to great lengths to keep inconveniences to a minimum while the project is completed.

Products
R.C. Mechanical Inc. only deals with one brand of furnace: Bryant. Carrier, Bryant, Day & Night, and Payne are all the same furnace, in different colors, being sold under
different brand names. Most manufacturers sell about four furnaces under different names.
Furnaces are a lot like cars—you either get a high-end item, or the bare minimum—except that the cost difference between furnaces is much smaller. The differences between one brand of furnace and
another are minimal. The most important factor is to select a style of furnace that meets your heating needs
